Winners of the Edith Stein Award – 2024

Prof. Małgorzata Grzywacz – for co-founding the Edith Stein Research Centre in Poznań, many years of scientific and research activity devoted to the life and writings of Edith Stein – Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross in Poland and abroad, popularising her spiritual heritage through her own publications, translations, studies and editorial work, and for her special commitment to working with young people in the field of cultural heritage and her cooperation with the Edith Stein Association In Wrocław.

Mr and Mrs Wiesława and Kazimierz Bromer – for their dedicated work on the Board of the Edith Stein Association, Lubliniec branch, over thirty years of commitment to spreading the cult of Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross and fruitful cooperation with the local community, crowned with the establishment of Edith Stein tourist trails and the creation of a PTTK badge named after her, as well as for their educational, social, religious and cultural activities in the Lubliniec Culture Council under the Mayor of the Town and Municipality.

Edith Stein Gesellschaft Deutschland – for outstanding achievements and perseverance in 35 years of activity dedicated to spreading the cult of St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross and popularising the spiritual and scientific heritage of Edith Stein, co-patroness of Europe.
