The progressive secularization of social life, as well as the increasingly serious dangers resulting from valuing the material side of life in culture and art, make it necessary to direct society’s attention to the values that constituted our displaced culture and national awareness. We want to reflect on the life lessons of the Holy Father John Paul II and Edith Stein, Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, in order to encourage society, and especially academic youth, to courageously follow the path of truth and love set by the Church.
